From the very beginning, this journey has been filled with excitement, laughter, and the joy of connection.

We kicked things off with a heartfelt Friends & Family Night, and just days later, we opened our doors to the public with a soft launch. Since then, we’ve been blown away by the energy and the incredible people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

Highlights from Our First Month

Intro to Georgian Wines Tasting Class – Our very first wine tasting sold out!
Guests were transported through the rich history and unique flavors of Georgian wines, and we couldn’t be happier with the turnout.

Rosé & Relax –
Who knew pajamas and wine could be such a perfect pairing? Our featured rosé, Viola, made the evening truly special, and we loved seeing everyone unwind in cozy style.

A New Arrival! – The sweetest news of all—Jace & Daisy welcomed their son, Bradley, into the world! Thank you to everyone who has shared kind words and well wishes with our family.

Coming Soon
We’re just getting started, and there’s so much more to come! We’re thrilled to announce our official Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting with the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce. Stay tuned for details—this is one celebration you won’t want to miss.

Raise Your Glass Wine Bar: A Toast to Our Successful Opening Night!
We’ve officially raised our glass to new beginnings! On July 17, 2025, Raise Your Glass Wine Bar kicked off its Friends & Family night with a bang, welcoming over 80 incredible guests for a night of celebration, laughter, and, of course, wine! It was a night to remember, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the turnout and the energy that filled the room. From the first pour to the last sip, our opening night was an absolute success, thanks to each and every one of you who joined us.

A Night of Friends & Fine Wines
As soon as the doors opened, the atmosphere was electric. Guests were treated to a carefully curated selection of Georgian wines, each paired with delicious bites that perfectly complemented the rich, bold flavors of our wine list. Whether you were a wine connoisseur or just looking to try something new, there was something for everyone. From light, crisp whites to robust reds, our selection showcased a small variety and diversity of what Raise Your Glass Wine Bar has to offer. The team at Raise Your Glass worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect, from the wine pairings to the ambiance—and the results spoke for themselves. The laughter, conversation, and shared excitement filled the space all evening long.

Raffle Prizes to Remember

What’s a grand opening without a little bit of fun and surprise? We added an extra dose of excitement with a raffle featuring amazing prizes, all celebrating the love of wine and the finer things in life. Guests had the chance to win:

Wine-Themed Earrings from Honoring Forever: Unique, handcrafted jewelry pieces that let you wear your love of wine in style!
A Selection of VG21 Wines: Indulge in a handpicked assortment of wines that perfectly capture the essence of flavor and sophistication.
A Selection of Experiences at Raise Your Glass Wine Bar: From wine flights to a VIP booth rental for the ultimate exclusive experience—these prizes were the perfect way to keep the celebration going!

Congratulations to our lucky winners! We were thrilled to see so many happy faces walking away with some incredible prizes. A huge thanks to all who participated and made the raffle so much fun!

A Sparkling Finish to a Perfect Night
To close out this unforgettable evening, we gathered everyone for a sparkling toast, raising our glasses in celebration of new beginnings and exciting journeys ahead. There’s nothing quite like the sound of clinking glasses and the effervescence of a perfectly chilled sparkling wine to wrap up such a magical night.

And because no celebration is complete without something sweet, we ended the night with an adorable cupcake for each guest—because who doesn’t love a little sugar after savoring some fine wine? The cupcakes were the perfect sweet treat to finish off a perfect evening of indulgence and enjoyment.

Celebrating Community & Connections
One of the highlights of the evening was seeing our community come together. Over 80 guests from all walks of life shared in the joy of this special occasion. Our guests weren’t just sipping wine—they were making new connections, toasting to old friends, and creating memories that will last far beyond the opening night.

The feedback we received was overwhelming. Whether it was about the atmosphere, the wine selection, or the warm hospitality, we heard time and time again how much people were enjoying their experience. We’re honored to have created a space where people feel welcome, relaxed, and connected.

A Special Thanks to Our Partners & Supporters
We’d like to take a moment to thank the amazing local wineries, our talented chefs, and event planners for making this grand opening possible. Your hard work, dedication, and love for what you do truly made the evening special. Without your support, this milestone wouldn’t have been possible.
