Jace, a US Navy veteran, provides networking events for fellow veterans, especially small business owners. Daisy empowers women recovering from divorce or separation, guiding them to overcome Financial and Judicial abuse and start businesses. They both are avid supporters of youth soccer in Gainesville through events and offering scholarships. They also host “Pets on the Patio” and support the local Humane Society.

At Raise Your Glass , our passion for winemaking began with our founder, who immigrated to the United States from Europe and brought with her a deep appreciation for the art of winemaking. After partnering with Vino Ghvino 21 to bring you pure, organic, sulfite free wines from the country of Georgia, we continue to honor this legacy by procuring wines that are true to European heritage and crafted with care. Daisy hosts the wine tasting events, handles the social media, and the marketing. Cheers to Daisy!

Our Wines
We are proud partners with Vino Ghvino 21, a Tampa based woman owned, veteran operated importer of fine wine. The two wineries are in Georgia, Eastern Europe, are owned by VG21 and the owner, Jamie Carrasquilla is the first woman to be given permission to import wine from the country of Georgia here into the United States. We are proud to continue this legacy and share our passion for this wine, and this company – with our world.

Our History
Discover the Roots of Wine — Georgia, the Birthplace of Winemaking
Long before France or Italy, there was Georgia — where winemaking began over 8,000 years ago. Nestled between Europe and Asia, this ancient country is home to the qvevri tradition, where wine is fermented underground in clay vessels. With over 500 native grape varieties and a deep cultural reverence for the vine, Georgia’s wines are rich in history, soul, and story — a beautiful reminder that every glass has a past.

Our very own Daisy, Chairwoman of the Gainesville Spurs Club, is honored to host fellow fans here at Raise Your Glass to watch Premier League matches in true Spurs style.
This is an invite-only gathering, reserved exclusively for Gainesville Spurs Club members.
Special Note:
On match days when kickoff happens before our regular opening hours, the watch party will still be available for invited members. Doors will open just in time for the match.
